# How to make it:

01 - Heat the oven to 400°F.
02 - Pat chicken breasts dry. Combine olive oil, black pepper, kosher salt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl.

07 - Bring chicken broth (or water) and butter to a boil in a saucepan. Add rice and salt, stir once, cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
